Whether the furniture is carried out from the ground floor or the fourth floor makes a big difference. The carrying surcharge per floor belongs in the quote, otherwise it comes out of your own pocket.
Not everything is bulky waste

You correct the cubic metres, add a credit for items of value or the no-parking zone, and calculate with your hourly rate. The quote goes to the customer by email as a PDF with your logo.
Example: flat clearance on the third floor
Two-room flat on the third floor, no lift, normally furnished. Wall unit, double bed, sofa, the kitchen stays. Fridge and washing machine have to go. Flat to be handed over broom-clean, no-parking zone needed in front of the building.
