The wall decides how it's fixed
An awning on masonry is a different installation from one on 16 cm of ETICS (external thermal insulation). Spacers, heavy-duty anchors, mounting brackets: if the wall build-up isn't in the quote, you'll end up on the ladder with the wrong fixing kit.
Drive and control are separate line items
Crank, tubular motor, radio motor, handheld remote, wall transmitter, central control, wind and sun sensors. The customer just wants it to move at the push of a button; you have to price every part individually.
Lots of small jobs
Replace a strap, free up a roller shutter, renew an awning fabric, retrofit a motor. Writing a proper quote for every small job takes longer than the repair itself.

A photo of the facade, the terrace or the window. Then describe the width, projection or window size, wall build-up, power supply and how the customer wants to operate it. Type or dictate, in your language.

Check the line items
The AI recognises the work and suggests line items with quantities from the catalogue of services. What's under the render and insulation, you tell it; no AI can see that in the photo. You change, add and delete.

Send the quote
Materials and labour time are calculated with your hourly rate. The quote goes to the customer by email as a PDF with your logo, in German.
Example: awning on ETICS and external blinds
Terraced house, south-facing terrace. 5-metre cassette awning with radio motor on the facade, which has 14 cm ETICS, so with spacers. Plus two external venetian blinds on the living room windows, about 3 square metres each, with motor. Everything on one radio remote.

Everything is calculated with your hourly rate, and you enter your own prices. If a price is missing or unchecked, the app marks it clearly instead of making up a number.

Order confirmation, invoice locked in line with GoBD (German bookkeeping rules), receipt scanning, time tracking, EÜR (simplified profit statement) and DATEV export. E-invoicing, wholesale prices via DATANORM and digital quote acceptance are planned.

Is the software for roller shutter and solar shading installers free?
Prices haven't been set yet. Signing up is free and doesn't commit you to anything, and you'll hear the prices before you decide.
Which solar shading work is in the catalogue?
Awnings of all common types, external venetian blinds, top-mounted and surface-mounted roller shutters, motors with and without radio, remotes, wall transmitters, central control, timers, fixing to ETICS, removal and disposal of old roller shutters, insulating shutter boxes, insect screens, pleated blinds, roller blinds and repairs such as straps, strap winders and awning fabric.
Can I use my manufacturer's or wholesaler's prices?
You enter your own prices for every line item yourself. Importing your wholesale prices via DATANORM is on the way.
Can the AI tell from the photo whether the wall is insulated?
No, you shouldn't rely on that. Whether there's ETICS, how thick the insulation is and where the power comes from, you tell it. That becomes the right fixing and connection line item.
Can I use the app in English?
Yes, the app can be used in 22 languages, including English. You describe the job in your language, and the quote to your customer comes out in German.
When will solar shading be included?
